Currently Uras-USA.com uses flat rate shipping. Uras-USA.com only ships to your verified billing address. We can ship to a different address if you add your shipping address to your credit card. Uras-USA.com will verify this info before shipping out your order.

Shipping charges are estimates only. We may contact you if additional charges applies.

Returns

All returns must be authorized and approved by Uras-USA.com and is subject to a 25% restocking fee. All return requests must be made within 5 days after receiving order. All approved returns must be returned to Uras-USA.com in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging (or better packaging). Insure that product is very well packaged. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to Uras-USA.com In the event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense.

Only product price will be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
